Dropship Greeting Cards
Sincerely, Fido Greetings & Gifts will dropship our pet greeting cards for your online store. Here is the process for our dropship program:
1) Register for a wholesale account on our wholesale website (www.sincerelyfido.com/wholesale) by clicking here
2) Wait for your account to be approved.
3) Place greeting cards on your website. You may use the images and descriptions from our site. Here are the three places your can find them: Everyday Cards, Party Packs, Seasonal or you may go to our retail website (www.sincerelyfid.com) to the Pet Cards section. Though we will ship just one single card, you are encouraged to make up your own special packages - i.e. offer a grouping 3- 5 pet sympathy cards. Doing so will save your customer on shipping costs and allow you to up-sell as you would in your store.
4) When you receive an order for cards on your website just email us the order at wholesale@sincerelyfido.com or fax us at 330-922-0812
a) Include Billing information: Your name, business name, business billing address, business phone number, business email address
b) Ship to information: Customer name, customer address
c) Order information: What product(s) & quantity
d) If you fax us, include your credit card number, expiration date & CVV code (the security code usually 3 #s. 4 if Amex). If you email us, we will call you for your credit card number. Your order will not ship until credit card has been processed.
e) Email us a packing slip to include with the order if you desire.
f) We ship the order out direct to customer.

What price do I pay for the items? Cards $1.86, Party Invite Sets $6.50
Do you charge a fee for drop shipping? No
How are items shipped? USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, which ever is least expensive.
What are shipping cost? They are calculated at the time of sale + $0.30 for packaging. 1 card is approx $1.56 to ship First Class Mail due to the fact that we ship in a white cardboard envelope so that the cards don't get bent. Each additional card adds about $0.17. Example: If your customer orders 3 cards the cost would be: $1.56 +$0.17+$0.17+$0.30 = $2.20

We would like to offer more products on our website. We are looking for dropship relationships with pet supply companies. Are you a small business that manufactures a pet product and is unfamilar with the blind dropship process works? We've explained two methods of how we work with vendors below.
Vendor With Ecommerce Website
1) Place vendor photos & descriptions on our retail website (www.sincerelyfido.com)
2) We receive an order via sincerelyfido.com
3-a) Order product from Vendor's website at wholesale price (usually 50% of MSRP) + shipping (unless free ship is offered)
4-a) Product is paid for via credit card or PayPal via vendor website
5-a) We enter customer shipping info into SHIP TO section & make sure to note BLIND ship (so the product looks like it came from us & NO invoice is shipped with product)
6) Vendor ships product(s) direct to customer
Vendor Without Ecommerce Website
1) Place vendor photos & descriptions on our retail website (www.sincerelyfido.com)
2) We receive an order via sincerelyfido.com
3-b) Vendor who don't have a website to order from: We will email/call/fax Vendor the order with the following information: customer's name, email address, phone number & physical addresses, & product ordered (and email a packing slip to include in shipment)
4-a) Vendor send us an invoice for the item (what ever wholesale cost was negotiated PLUS shipping)
5-a) We pay Vendor by credit card or PayPal per Vendor instructions
6) Vendor ships product(s) direct to customer
If the item sold requires customer to send in things (I.E. pictures, ashes, memorabilia) that is all handled by the VENDOR. We pass along the customer's contact info (name address, phone, email, etc) and the Vendor contacts the customer directly. This way we aren't playing a game of telephone.
Our website can take requests for customizations such as the addition of text, color, size, add on items etc. Our website can all of those things at the time of order. It cannot handle uploading pictures, etc. at this time which is why the Vendor needs to get involved.
At this point, we will not work with your company if you have a dropship account setup fee.
