No Tax!
There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside the state of Ohio. The Federal government hasn’t pass legislation requiring online retailers to collect sales tax on orders shipped outside the state their physical retail outlets or headquarters are located within. We operate in Ohio, thus, no sales tax on out-of-state orders! Those ordering within Ohio will pay applicable sales tax(es).
 

Special Orders
Special Orders consist of those items that are permanently personalized in any way, including but not limited to items that are, monogrammed, engraved, custom sized, altered and those that are not a standard stock item. We urge you to read the description of each item as Special Orders cannot be returned or exchanged.


Cancellations & Changes
Sincerely, Fido™ strives to process and ship all orders as promptly as possible. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order.  Please call 330-780-9026 to request an order change or cancellation.
 

FREE Shipping
We provide free shipping, within the United States, on greeting card orders under 1 lb. This is approximately 30 individual greeting cards or 3 party packs.

If you selected your location, no shipping estimate was given and you are purchasing an item other than greeting cards please contact us for a shipping estimate.
 

Domestic Shipping Information

Shipping and handling times vary by product do to the fact that we use many distributors who have distribution points all across the United States.

However, if you are purchasing a Sincerely, Fido Greeting Card - the average order is processed within 24 – 72 hours from time of receipt. After it has been shipped, please allow 5-10 working days for your order to be delivered. The Sincerely, Fido™ shipping staff is not available on Saturdays or Sundays. Aside from weekends, the Sincerely, Fido™ shipping department normally processes orders within 24 to 48 hours. However, during holidays, and other busy times of the year, orders may take longer to process.  Every order is triple checked before it ships. This helps us ensure that you receive exactly what you ordered. If any errors should occur, please let us know within 3 days so that we can fix any mistake promptly.

Rates are determined by weight and destination.
 

International Shipping
International shipments may incur a 10% surcharge. Sincerely, Fido™ does not pay customs duties. All packages will be assigned a value. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing and approximately 10 to 15 days transit time for most products.


Returns
We understand that pets come in all shapes and sizes. We will accept returns of most items with some minor exceptions. Items eligible for returns/exchanges must be in its original condition in brand new condition, unused/unworn, with all tags and packaging attached, without odors or stains, pet hair, unwashed and in resalable condition. Items deemed returnable will be refunded or given store credit minus shipping and handling charges. You must contact us within 3 days to obtain prior authorization for a return. Contact us at returns@sincerelyfido.com for details and instructions Sincerely, Fido™ is not responsible for breakage that occurs on return shipping. Please repackage your items carefully and insure the package. Please note that returns, other than defective products, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
