1) I had a Friend of Fido's account on the old website. Is that account still good?
No - Sorry, with the new & improved website you will have to re-register.
 

2) I can't remember what email address I signed up with.
Go to login > then click "Forgot Password" > then type what  email address you think you might have used. We'll send a temporary password to that email address if that's the address you sign up with. You can keep trying email addresses until you find the one you used

Call us & we can look up your account by your first & last name. If you happen to get voicemail please SLOWLY spell your first & last name. We'll call you back with the email address you used.  Phone: 330-780-9026

3) I forgot my password.
